UK man wins 'Twitter threat' appeal
A British man on Friday won a High Court challenge of his conviction for tweeting that he would blow up an airport if his flight was canceled, a ruling that had made him an Internet free speech cause celebre.

...and if he does one day blow up an airport? I'm sorry, I'm all for free speech, but public threat and free speech aren't the same. If you don't have sense enough to know when the line is crossed, then you need adjusting.
The recent killer had detailed his plans to kill in writing. If someone had found his notebooks before he went on his rampage maiming and killing in the theater would that also have been considered free speech?
Kids are expelled from schools every day for free speech.
On a side note, in the article, this man is British, I didn't know the UK constitution granted free speech? Does it?
