Rappers have pretty short shelf lives in careers as there are hundreds more identical to them ready to step up and take over. Miley is a recognizable "product" but she has done nothing outside of Disney and has no experience competing outside of a world of artificially generated fame. When she has to compete with real musicans and real actresses, her ability to sustain her Disney fame is doubtful.
