It nice to know Tupperware offers a limited life time
warranty; but try to get it honored. I have contacted the company by email and by leaving a
message without any return contacts. I have even
talked to sales representatives at various functions and they take my name and number and I never hear from them. It does make you think that Rubbermaid and othe companys like them may be the better choice.

A lot of Sales Reps don't like doing warranty service because they don't get any other business from the person after they go out of their way to replace the item for them.

Although I am in Scranton, PA please contact me and I will try to get a replacement for you.

my email is tupperwarepatti@gmail.com
