Commission lets 36 states dump nuke waste in Texas

Why cant they dump this garbage in Houston or Austin, or somewhere between San Antonio Dallas and Houston, stay out of West Texas, but if you want to dump this garbage then MidLand and Odessa are ok to use their lands for contamination purposes..
