"Development of the aircraft has been pushed back several times by snags including availability of Rolls-Royce engines and supplier workmanship issues. The company halted test flights last summer after finding that some parts in the tail were not properly installed."

So, in case it falls out of the sky,
there's plenty of room in Texas.

"The 787 is made of composite material designed to make it lighter and more fuel-efficient, but Boeing has run into a series of delays in developing the big, two-aisle passenger plane."

Was that the problem over Texas?

Hmm, Rolls Royce engines. The same problematic engines on the Quantas Airbus A380. I'm thinking maybe GE engines are the way to go. First year roll out cars always have their bugs. Test flights are a good thing.

Disclaimer; Not that this was an engine problem. Just saying is all.

Yes, there are problems, some have been ignored. Qantas found that out the hard way, also with their 747. Is our workmanship slacking off?-or is it lax quality control? I don't mean the one at LAX, but in Britain. And what happened with BMW? Is there perhaps some kind of sabotage involved? Perhaps we should ask FAA's Ian Gregor.

Our former reporter at the "Breeze." That's when the "Breeze" still had real reporters, like Pat Maio and Emily Adams, for example. What can we expect from Green and Altman?
