Gotta make you feel about as good as when the Chinese Submarine surfaced next to the USS Kitty Hawk and the Navy said they did not know they were there. Remember, our government lies to us, and continues to lie to us.

The Pentagon would be telling us that the thing never happened if the News Station had not filmed it.

Let's see... we can't control our borders, we can't call terrorists terrorists, we have a president who's content with the USA losing it's clout worldwide, and now we can't identify whatever this was in the sky despite our technology. We really are in trouble. 2010 was the start. Hopefully we'll make more strides in 2012.

This was a missile. Since when did commercial aircraft have a huge rocket motor???? Probably the same size as a Minuteman III!

On a related note, does anyone know what exactly is in the chemtrails that are being sprayed over the Twin Cities on a regular basis and why they are being sprayed?

Some successful tests in the same area conducted earlier this year:

Backgrounder Boeing Defense, Space & Security P.O. Box 516 St. Louis, MO 63166 www.boeing.com Airborne Laser Test Bed

...According to MDA, the experiment began at 8:44 pm Pacific Standard Time when “a short-range threat-representative ballistic missile was launched from an at-sea mobile launch platform.

...During the experiment, the aircraft took off from Edwards Air Force Base and focused its high-energy laser at the missile target during its boost phase as the aircraft flew over the Western Sea Range off the coast of California.

...Eight days earlier, on Feb. 3, 2010, ALTB completed its first intercept of an airborne target by destroying a Terrier Black Brant sounding (research) rocket launched from the ground on San Nicolas Island, Calif.

Maybe if we spent more money we could identify it? Is this the same outfit that allowed the attack in New York to happen and didn't fire a shot in return?

If you look at the video at the beginning the plume starts at water level and rises vertically for several hundred feet before pitch over.

It looks like a sub launched ballistic missile and it looks as if its' trajectory was taking it toward Kwajalein Atoll where we target our western test launches.

Looks like an SLBM test. The exhaust cloud trail looks just like the usual Trident ones. First, straight up... then tips slightly and goes in the target direction.

It doesn’t have to be that the DOD messed up. Could be they notified the FAA and the FAA messed up the date/time. It’s not like the FAA is some large government bureaucracy or something. They NEVER mess up, do they?

And now, they are trying their best not to own up to the idea that they test such nasty things that close to the CA coast. Sorta like those cruise missiles that "don’t fly overland" to China Lake, etc. They also may want to keep things damped down to keep foreign eyes away. It’s hard to tell what exact direction that thing is heading, but a launch from there toward Kwajalein would be similar. It’d be a close mirror to the Minuteman test-flights from Vandenberg.

If it were a foreign entity, the task force that is heading toward that disabled cruise ship would not be headed there at all. They’d be all over whatever launched it like flies on the crap . The bases around there would be in full freak-out mode. There would be a stream of grey hulls leaving San Diego and airplanes (P3s) and helicopters all over it. A surface ship container-launch like the Iranians or NKs would try, you’d be seeing a ship surrounded and being boarded, or turned into a large smoking chunk of burning metal. A diesel-electric missile sub is possible, but pretty unlikely. And it’d be toast pretty quick, too.

and ...The Navy owns an island in this area....

San Nicolas Island, California

http://www.beachcalifornia.com/sannic_island....

San Nicolas Island is the most northwesterly of the four southern Channel Islands. Like its eastern neighbor San Clemente Island, San Nicolas is a US Navy owned and operated island. Located 65 nautical miles southwest of the Point Mugu complex, San Nicolas Island is the cornerstone in the Sea Range capabilities. The waters surrounding the island are split into three zones that are controlled by the Navy.

Sea Range program support includes:

Small-scale static tests to complex multi-participant, multi-target operations in dense electronic combat environments

Coordinated air, surface, and submarine operations including carrier strike group exercises

Submarine, surface, and air-launched cruise weapons (ship and land attack)

Long-range, large hazard pattern weapons and experimental vehicle testing

ICBM, missile defense, and Polar-orbit satellite launch support

Littoral operations

Joint engagement zone scenarios

Multi-service, multinational test and evaluation and training exercises
