Those companies *were* founded in the US, under current policy! That's doubletalk if ever I heard it.

As for the rest of it, we've all heard of the gaming that goes on with skilled worker Visas. Companies use H1Bs to drive down wages here in the US, by employing foreign nationals on work Visas. It's common practice in the Sili Valley, unfortunately.
