BS Skilled immigrants are only more profit in the pockets of major companies and wage deprevation to domestic workers. This is a FARCE!!! Micro-soft wants more cheap asian laborers to replace the more expensive domestic ones.

Competition is healty for the systen, why are you against it? all that investers is looking for is productive and competitive people thats all.

Bullshit. How many scientist and engineers are out of work? We are a huge country 300 million people and the best universities.

What?!?

Those companies *were* founded in the US, under current policy! That's doubletalk if ever I heard it.

As for the rest of it, we've all heard of the gaming that goes on with skilled worker Visas. Companies use H1Bs to drive down wages here in the US, by employing foreign nationals on work Visas. It's common practice in the Sili Valley, unfortunately.
