Obama Disputes Job Projections For Controversial Pipeline

I'd say he has his facts straight. Most of the money from this project goes to the ownership not labor, with only a few jobs for construction and to monitor the guages (for the inevitable spills).

And a second market for Oil Sands Dilbit will definitely raise prices while the refined product will NOT go to the US, but will be shipped overseass. Higher prices will end the 'free ride' of low prices for midwest refineries due to the glut of oil sands crude.
