A longtime member of the city board that owns the Texas Motor Speedway property was relieved of his post this week, apparently for discussing the dispute about natural-gas rights at the racetrack.

Jim Schell, a real-estate lawyer, has served on the Fort Worth Sports Authority board since it was established in 1995 to acquire the property for the speedway. But when the City Council reappointed the board Tuesday, Schell's name was dropped from the list.

The change came shortly after another board member, Donna Parker, complained in a letter Monday to Mayor Mike Moncrief and other board members that 'a topic was discussed during the confidential FWSA executive session which was later discussed by Mr. Schell with the public media.' Read more

Why would they want to get rid of the man who has helped them rob people and push their greed.
think of the "Poor People" on the south side of Petty place who they have tried to take their land away.
Discrimination!!!! to say the least.
they want their land but don't want to pay for it.
We camp there to show our support.
ANTI-Trust is a word that should be used!
Bruton has a choke hold on all NASCAR Vending products races land. Look at the Bristol Land grab he tried to pull off.
Now IDI is building warehouses 1/4 mile from track and Bruton an Eddie Say no way! They want Hotels and restaurants on that land.(Owned by them} What about taxes. they pay none!!!!
Sweet deals for the ANTI-TRUST someone needs to bring into Court!
