I failed at Cybermonday shopping. After spending a long time at one site, where I had been promised free shipping, I learned that 4 out of 5 items I wanted would not be available until after Christmas. I tried a second site, which had emailed me and INVITED me to shop there, also promising free shipping and discounts. Every single item was "temporarily unavailable online." I wasted an hour of my time and ended up with no shopping done. Won't do that again soon!

I went on-line at 4:00 a.m.- Toys r Us was advertising a PS 2 with 3 free games for 129.99. This was an awesome deal, and I was ecstatic when my order went through. Yes, it even displayed the games and said they were free with the PS2. My order arrived today....no games. Customer service says that I obviously didn't click the button to select the offer and they couldn't help me. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I am going to pursue this further. I am a frequent on-line consumer and have never had an issue like this. I read everything carefully and can't imagine missing a "button." Of course, it's there word against mine. Any ideas?
