Interesting that Mr. Gomez claims that the committee endorsed Mr. Reagan when just a month ago the vote was not to endorse him. It seems that Mr. Reagan's performance and attitude has garnered the hatred of those in his district. In fact, when the head of the endorsement committee explained why he didn't want to endorse Reagan and individual members of the party who reside in Reagan's district also chimed in, the vote was a resounding "NO".

Yet here it is one month later, where after a meeting with no agenda and no announcements that this would be reconsidered, we have Mr. Gomez playing dirty politics to ensure Reagan's promotion by this committee.

Shame on Mr. Gomez for playing political games and imposing his will on members outside his own supervisorial district. This does a service to no one and only brings down party credibility.

Are you surprised?

The party will endorse and support anyone just because they are registered "republican."

This is the same party that would not endorse Tom McClintock for Governor because "he was too conservative and was not electable." So they gave us Arnold the RINO.

I am sick and tired of the party's politics. Because of them I left the party long time.
