Well $109,000 that leaves most of us out who really would like to purchase an electric car. Come on you can built something in the range of $20,000. Now go have a nice day !

This article conveniently forgot to include that it will cost the owner a whopping $25,000 every 3 - 4 years to replace the batteries...

This car is only for the very wealthy...and the author forgot to include that Tesla is closing its operations in Michigan and laying off dozens of people.

Those who were suckered out of $5,000 can kiss it goodbye when Tesla files bankruptcy...VERY SOON

FYI, Tesla will market a $40K sedan in 2011. The Detroit office was eliminated due to incompetencies at the design/engineering level. This car should have been designed already and rolling down the line Sept., 09. Too bad they probably will go bankrupt.
