That 'consultant' seems to have the same opinion of all sites they 'assess' with a form of benzene on them. Where are the advocates for the environment and the people exposed to it?
They certainly don't work for Weston Solutions.
Benzene is never a minimal risk. Contact someone there and ask about their cancer rate.
