THIS was considered GOOD NEWS because CITI BANK WAS PLANNING ON LOSING 10 BILLION DOLLARS! Time to give the CEO a BONUS for only LOSING 5 BILLION DOLLARS!! TALK about FIGURES LIE, AND LIARS FIGURE!
