The big oil companies such as Sunoco take more than our money from us everyday. Plans to create a four lane visual highway in our backyards for their own private use is unbelievable. Loss of vegetation and wildlife and the ability to use our own property (property in which we pay taxes on) is absolutely unbelievable. This is not their property...it is their pipeline. Some rental agreement should be made with Senoco...if they are using my property...which is now considered useless property to me...I cannot plant or use my property for anything else ...except to keep it mowed and maintained for Sunoco. Send them the upkeep bills. P.S. I used to walk this farmers field in the fifties, sixties and the seventies...after 20 years we are back...we used to deal with the cow manure...but this smells a lot worse than that. I don't understand why now. I have been in my house for 24 years and this is the first I have heard that nothing can be planted there. Are they planning to put in another pipe line? Why 40 feet for an 8 inch pipe?

It is upsetting to lose your privacy and the trees, however the minute a root breaks thru the pipeline, you will be the first to complain and suit Sunoco because they didn't do something about it. It is a lose lose situation for the properity owners. Either lose now or wait for something to happen and lose later. Your choice.
