9.4 million is still WAY too much. Forget the minimum wage, how about capping the upper wealth. Don;t worry, on the small chance you get welthy, there will still be plenty to live well. right now, with sales tax, property tax and corporate tax evasion, the working and middle class pay way more than thier fair share. Even the poor pay a disproportionate amount of thier income in sales tax.
