I don't understand how this was an appropriate settlement. The cosmetic companies are still involved in price fixing with the stores.

I doubt that the hundreds in line today actually made a purchase between May 29, 1994 through July 16, 2003 of the products in question.

I agree. There were quite a few people standing in line at Nordstroms and Bloomingdales that looked like they have never purchased the items in question. Especially the men!! This settlement is unfair to those of us who actually purchase the products. Oh well.

I think the oh well attitude is what got us screwed over to start with. We need to fight back.

I think the oh well attitude is what got us screwed over to start with. AND not just with cosmetics but with life in general! Hind sight is 20-20 but "fore-sight" is rare in todays society!!
