Does anyone really think this will make Dominick's relevant again? Who wastes their time on e-coupons at an already overpriced chain? They simply can't compete with Jewel prices, let alone all the Walmarts and Targets that carry groceries now. Besides, even if you're willing to pay more at Dominick's, you still have to have the extra time to spend waiting in line because there's only one checkout open and the bagger is nowhere to be found.

Your cell phone usage charges for accessing the e-coupons will probably wipe out any savings you get from the coupons. Stick with paper coupons.
