Here, here now! She is welcome to fly Hooter's airline where she can dress anyway she likes. She has the right to feel welcome. She probably works hard to maintain that figure. The nerve of some people! If she was fat she would be allowed to overflow into another passengers seat, now that's what I say is not right.

what is slutty?? let he or she with out sin cast the first stone. its a shame that we judge people by what they wear or how fat or skinny they are. before anyone judges her lets take a look at your clothing and see what type of slutty clothes you have. if you don't like what she is wearing dont look at her im sure there are people who dont like what you may wear. freedom of choice and to be happy without judgement. "FYI" slutty is how some of you act when you go out with your friends before and after you had a few drinks but you blame it on the drinking or when you go out and buy slutty clothes to get your man or women to pay attention to you when romance is lost in your relationship or when your trying to get laid or maybe your such a loser that you dont have a life of your own that you have to be a kill joy for others. look at yourself before you judge other because you maybe speaking about yourself

OK I must admit I was curious. I have flown for four carriers for MANY years. All of which had an employee dress code. My daughter flew, and several other family members fly and my nephew flies for Southwest. I asked him if there is something going on about all of this dress code uproar. First off I think ALL carriers should have a dress code for their customers if they do for their employees. Trust me you do not want to see my breast unleashed anymore than I want to see peni$ hanging out of a pair of shorts during the summer, coming back from Europe, in first no less. My nephew told me he does not know of ANY dress code or criteria for passengers. However if OTHER passengers complain then he is required to address it with an operations agent or if need be a supervisor, so it is out of his hands completely. He despises passenger conflict and wants to stay out of. He wants to finish design school and get out of the industry all together and I am urging him to do so, he is so talented. In short (so to speak) warm weather is coming, fares are lower than they have been in a while alot of carriers. Get ready for the fashion dont's and the fashion flash dance. Kyla Ebbert where are you dear?

Last time I checked we lived in a free society. As long as a body part isn't fully exposed then it would be purely a judgement call. One persons taste verses anothers. How about this. One person complains, the flight attendent asks both parties to stand up in front of the rest of the passengers. Everyone votes. If the outfit is deamed by the majority to be offensive then off the plan the person goes. If NOT then the person making the complaint gets VOTED off the island and it's drinks for everyone!!!! For Gods sake people get a life!!!!
O and my vote would be the woman in the picture looks HOT. I'd love to share a window seat with her!

A person does not need to look in the mirror to judge fat people or slutty people or sexual predators or animal abusers or..... We all know hwhat we are and criticize others not like us. It's simple. You must be Fat and a loser. Look in the mirrors and what do you see?

Hell she's hot! None too crazy about the name but hell if she'd give up that crazy religion I'd take her out! As for the fat people hell them seats are so small most kids don't even fit in 'em any more. I don't mind see'in some scantaly clad women on planes, but all these metro sexsuals etc. men. Need to get some jeans without holes that fit or overalls and some underwear. As for breast feed'in I am all for it as long as the mother is a hottie and I can watch.

That was areal grown up respons!! It is pretty clear that you did not get what I was saying. so you must be the kind of person that has a one track mind very shallow in your thinking. I can think of many reasons to complain on a flight like people with body oder, bad breath loud kids that kick the back of your seat passengers that snore when they sleep or just stupid people such as your self! I am not judging anyone Im saying no one has the right to judge and this has nothing to do with sexual predators. Judgement is what the topix is so get a clue!!!!

"Qassim counters if an airline wants to enforce a dress code, it should post some specifics and not "just the flight attendants deciding on their own whether you're lewd and offensive or not."

This lady is correct, in that the Airline should put up signage about any sort of dress codes, at the ticket counter and at the boarding gate. This would eliminate any problem aboard he aircraft.

It is stated in the contract of carriage which, even if you check in on-line is available for review. It makes VERY interesting reading. Not sure most of the public is aware of the contract they are agreeing to when they purchase an airline ticket for contract of carriage. It even limits liabiliy in the event of death. Very interesting reading indeed. Contract is the operative word. You also give up certain rights when agreeing to this contract in order to fly in United States air space. Like I said it is VERY interesting reading.

Having worked in the aviation industry for 47 years as a licensed pilot, A&P mech. and an IA, I have lost the desire to go above ground to travel. No one has the RIGHT of freedom of travel anymore. Too damn many restrictions by Government and created Commercial Corporations to enjoy travel.

If men would stop making inappropriate comments to girls that dress like tramps, most girls would dress appropriately for they will not get comments from low life men that never grew up!

A faster solution would be for men to begin making inappropriate comments only women who are dressed appropriately.....

The women who want to dress conservatively will continue....and those who are looking for the attention will blend right in......lol

Get busy, men! The world is yours to change!

The only problem with your concept is a business is not a democracy. The head honchos make the rules and you either abide by them or find alternate transportation. People who want to dress like Bus people -- hot or not -- can always take a Bus.
