Swift Transportation to pay port $4M in 'clean trucks' settlement
Swift Transportation will pay $4 million to the Port of Los Angeles because the freight hauler failed to meet its end of a financial arrangement that paid for fuel-efficient "clean trucks," according to a settlement approved Thursday by the Board of Harbor Commissioners.

and you know that they paid back 4 million out of 12 million that was gave to them by the epa of tax payers money to get clean trucks
