I am glad you are separating ServiceMaster from the temp agency---One Source. SerivceMaster conducts itself consistently with strong moral values and performance. I can assure you that their choice in for some of their vendor for their temp needs will be revisited. Keep in mind that even though the Servicemaster locations are franchised, their corporate headquarters in Memphis will not stand by and risk the goodwill that their brand name has carried since its inception way back in the 1920's.
ServiceMaster was also the company that perfrormed so wonderfully in restoring the Pentagon after 9/11 and having over 250 people on site with in 48 hours and working 12 hour shifts for months to get it back in full operation. ServiceMaster prides itself in the excellence it brings to managing disasters.
They will correct these issues and make sure that their vendors maintain the professionalism and standards they expect and demand. They (ServiceMaster) is paying a good wage rate so they are really not to blame unless they don't force the corrections.
