Bottom line: The real losers will be the consumers. These moneygrubbers will find every way possible to suck our blood. And their congressional toadies will pave the way for them - just like they did with credit card 'reforms'. Gave the banks a chance to raise all their fees and rates before the new regs were implemented. Sockcuckers.
