What a bunch of crap, is this the best they can do? The cops take a 20 and how old?, 20 and 11 months, 20 and 1 month, he probably looks 30. Thye law is there to keep alcohol out of the hands of kids. This is clearly a statutory violation and not worth the time spent on it. They should take these cops and put them back in cars where they can do real police work like tying up traffic at road blocks writing expired inspection and registration stickers. Who ever authorized this operation is a disgrace and shouldn't be entrusted with the authority to control taxpayer resources. They probably did it on overtime too!

It was a waste of money. Suffolk cops should be out catching drunk drivers and illegal aliens.

Shouldn't this be a summons and not an arrest. I can only imagine a young person woeking at Dairy Barn making a mistake involving age. Then they get an arrest record.

Local police departments have no authority over immigration matters. That's only handled by ICE.

On what planet is a 20 year old a "child"?
