This is great news! I want all the Hummer owners to get out there and drive for as much and as long as they can afford to. The sooner we use up the world's remaining petroleum reserves, the sooner we can get serious about developing clean renewable sources of electricity.

Why would you drive a car named for a BJ???????? They must be from California.

If they can afford the gas, why should that bother me?

Everyone consumes according to their capacity to pay. Al Gore has a HUGE mansion in Tennessee, not to mention his other homes, and he can afford to pay for all the utilities. No skin of my nose.

But he shouldn't preach to me about how I should be conserving energy! What a hypocrite! Do as I say and not as I do.

If I could afford a Hummer and all the cost of running it, why shouldn't I buy one? I wouldn't be stopping you from buying the gas you need nor would I be telling you what to do with your money. Gas isn't being rationed, you know.

I run Hummers off the road every chance I get. They do indeed have good off road capabilities!

Because the country and the planet can't afford it. Keep supporting those madrassas that teach the radical and intolerant 'form' of Islam. The taliban thanks you.

I work at a dealership that sells them, surprisingly, they still sell well, even the loaded 70k plus H2's. The H3 has always sold well and they are coming out with a pickup version soon.

So Ray say you buy a used H2 at what 28 to 32K and put the difference of a new one 70K+ and the used one on your roof in solar PV. Do you think you'd have done as much or MORE than the above whiners?

Is it true that GM has sold the Hummer brand already if so what does that mean for the plant building it in Shreveport
