LOOK AT THE STATS. OVER 50,000 PEOPLE ON PAROLE, HOW MANY CASE WORKERS DO YOU THINK THERE ARE. OUR TAXES WOULD TRIPLE IN ORDER TO HANDLE THEM ALL. Stop accepting drug addiction and alchohol addiction as a legitimate medical condition.These people started using on their own, and do whatever necessary to feed the beast. They just need to be gotten off the street. The crime rate will probably drop too.

being a visitor here in europe, believe me the system isn't much better. It used to be much tougher but now that more and more foreigners have brought in their own set of rules its gone array here as well
