Maybe hate is too strong of a word, but a strong dislike for the SCPBA would be accurate. Levy is a fiscal conservative dressed in a democrat cloak. I do not take issue with 20 year 50% pensions for cops. It should be the same for all law enforcement. That means CO's too. As for scat pay that is a negotiated item which will be addressed during arbitration. In negotiations a union that loses anything usually gains it back some place else. Nothing is given back for free. It's how it works just the fakts.

Remember the big payouts you read in the papers are for upper management such as chiefs.

Winning re-election by scaring weak parties in Suffolk into cross endorsements has nothing to do with being loved. Most in Suffolk see what a joke this guy is. Ans although i dont agree with deputy WWYT biased posts, but he is absolutely correct in stating that Levys true motivation is not the economy but his hatred for police. Its a well known fact in the inner circles that he hates cops, along with being a rasict against blacks and hispanics.
