It is a federal crime to employ an illegal alien. How come he is not being reported to the feds. Also I bet he was not abiding state laws such as Workers comp laws. If employers would be punished for hiring illegal aliens we would not have this problem.

When will we start enforcing the laws regarding illegal alien status? This isn't bigotry it's the law. If immigrants were documented and legal, there would be no reason to hide from seeking medical attention and reporting crimes like this. While no one should assault another human being, we should not lose site that all laws should be obeyed and infractions prosecuted.

Good to know that busting somebody's nose is just a misdemeanor in in Sufpork County.

The whole place is descending into savagery and it's not the "illegals" who are doing it.

This is the only post that makes sense. Unfortunately, the kwaps have discovered a new way of making themselves look useful that involves no danger to their persons. Looking for hate crimes will become the latest rage. Fine this peckerwood and all the rest of those who finance the invasion. Line up shuttle buses to take the illegals back to the border. Better yet, pack them on tramp steamers out of the Hamptons so the people that pay them to cuts their lawns can wave goodbye.

How long before Phil Ramos starts screaming that this is a hate crime and rounds up Alan Ramirez, Margaret Smythe, Catholic Charities, Nadia Morin, The Hagedorn Propagandists, Lisa Votina, and all the others to have a rally and claim that Steve Levy made Maher do it?
