Well, we sure don't want them back on land. Can we just send them into outer space?

Why does the sheriff have marine patrol boats? Hadn't his department's primary responsibility been carrying out civil duties and prisoner transfers prior to getting the highway gig? Sounds like the sheriff has some explaining to do.

Great, the boot coming down on the neck of the population again. Is there any place in this stinking country where a person can still do as they please?

Time to shoot back folks.

Obviously to you, "do as they please" involves behavior that kills and/or maims others. You're a regular barrel of monkeys. No doubt your last words will be, "Hey, y'all, watch this!"

the waters of long island have the same folks that drive crazy on the roads why are you all surprised that the waters would be different. common sense on the water does not prevail nor does it prevail on our highways. its all a matter of time when folks will be maimed, & killed on the waters as the same as it is on our highways. oh put the deputies out there they do such a great job, let them take over the safety of the long island waters why not, its better to put them out to sea rather being tied up at the docks.

Looks like they're fishing for more revenue. They should have been out 4th of July night when the crazies were flying full speed without any lights on.
