I think this is a good idea! Why should these people have to wake up and fight with people going to work to get to the Social Service office on time.

Now the illegal aliens who work off the books from 8-4 can come to the centers in there uninsured hondas and toyotas to sign up there anchor babies,how convienent.
Levy can spend more taxpayers money on spanish speaking social service workers.

Overtime,its in the labor contract,can't threaten layoff because there hirihg with this economy, the lines are increasing at an alarming rate. Take it from someone who knows.
