This is a very smart company. They will make money for their stock holders for sure.
They are gettting rid of Widmers this year and will make money doing it.
When they decide to leave New York, probably in 4 or 5 years tops, they will make even more money for their stock holders as they should.
New York is no place for industry. We are turning into a welfare state such as Louisiana. Sad to say...

Yep, they made money from the write-off they got when they "donated" the Widmer facility to RIT. The Village of Naples just reassessed all properties, based on the jacked-up real estate market of the past four years. So if Cdga Wine won big by "donating" it at assessed value rather than selling it for less on the open market. And took it permanently off the tax rolls for the Naples school district. Unfortunate that they did not even offer commercial enterprise a shot at it. Don't worry, all NY taxpayers will foot the bill for that enterprise, just like they are for that useless money-hole they call the New York State Wine & Culinary Center. Don't even get me started ...
