Bonsues were cut for all Crocs empoyees three quarters before the so-called announcement that executives were taking a cut. Don't forget the top guys sucked out millions DURING the big downtown that was obivous to ALL working at Crocs. Wall Street has no idea the real financial condition of Crocs due to poor acounting and stashed inventory in their factories in China.
