These possession escaped being seized - he hid these before the order was made. Now, his associate in hiding this batch of items decided he'd held on to them too long. OJ couldn't go to the police and say..'I need you to recover items I'm not supposed to have' and expect to actually recover them, now could he? That's why he decided to do the 'thug' thing and commit armed robbery..good judgment? No way, but that's how HIS bent mind works.

It 'legally' was not his. He stashed his expensive memorabilia with friends and associates in order to bypass the court order which gave his assets to the Goldmans.. Then he also takes Joe Montana memorabilia? Regardless of his claims that he was just getting HIS stuff back, because he took memorabilia that wasn't his sort of makes his 'my stuff' claim moot.

without knowing the full story behind this latest brush with the law, i can't help but wonder why someone would steal something from oj. doesn't whoever stole it, realize that oj got away with double murder! thats some set on the guy that stole the stuff... stealing from a murderer is crazy!!!
