Ah yes! A pacemaker for the brain. Now, who is in control of our minds. Who is to say what and when 'control' can be exercised. Who can one trust? Our government, No. The scientific community, No. Then who?

I would have liked to have had specific brain regions identified - 'deep brain' is deliberately vague.
