Santander is supposed to be holding $700m for CBIC. This is against asset secured bonds. Anyone familiar with deal?

My inlaws invested thousands into this company. They keep getting calls saying to expect a check and it never comes. They were recently asked for a bank account number so they could receive their funds.

Good day. I am looking at this investment and I am trying to do my due diligence and came across some of these posts. As you can appreciate I am trying to weed through the negative comments and see which ones hold merit. Can I trouble you to let me know any specifics which would help me make my decision. Also, as you only put the first name as "Jack" could I at least have the last initial if you are not comfortable with the name so I can see if that is the same Jack at my end. I appreciate your help as I am trying to be open minded but nervous as to these comments.

thank you.

I actually signed a contract to work for coakley bay and jack E. i was paid for1 month and then had to work elsewhere due to lack of funds. I was told the same about waiting for funds to come through. Everything I have been told I conducted research on and all seemed to be legit but still no funding.

This is an investment to stay away from ,my family has been scammed and family and friends desimated by this individual and another, Jack P from Thornhill in Canada. False promises with signed contracts in place job offerings and many lives jeopordised finacially . They have prayed on people from all walks of life including seniors, lower income ,single mothers and affected children dating back to 2004. The Florida individual has not paid a penny to anyone in 8 yrs STAY AWAY there isn't going to be a pay day for anyone.

I will also add that they asked for all the Bank account #'s here for payment as well but nothing ever arrived , after promising payment several times. All there is excuses, and now the silent treatment , blocked phone messages and no answers to phone calls. Smooth talking lying scam artists as far as I and many others can tell. I have no idea what they are doing with all the bank account #'s but one must wonder if there is an attempt at identity fraud as well. Be very careful

Back to the original topic, and integrating comments since...

Many people seem to think this company is a scam. The assets being held by Santander, are they real assets or rumor? Edward (OP) where/when did you discover assets were being held?

I am also a victim of this scam. I have been promised and told the exact same things you have mentioned.
Is there somewhere I could contact you to discuss further?

His name is Jack P and he is the biggest prick, he lies, he has no consciousness. he'll tell you whatever you need to hear to get your money, and all it will take is 2 weeks. He claims he's in court all day and tries and won't respond to your phone calls till after his alledge emergency court appearances. He has people under his wing. Marsha, whom was described to me as his wifes best friend, but yet his wife has no clue about these deals. His son (s). He calls with updates and claims everything will be in you account by monday but wednesday the latest and once friday come around again, he gives you the same old excuse, just in time so you can sit back all weekend figuering out what you are going to do with your money, only to hear the same bullshit excuses again. Please stay away from the whole coakley bay investment experience cause these guys are low lifes and will burn in hell someday!

We have subjected to numerous misrepresentations from Jack, Ron, Bill etal. Many documents and shares have been presented which are at best worthless. Several of us have determined to wait merely weeks before presenting all documents to Florida and Federal authorities. We hope that our actions bring closure to any number of unfortunates who have become involved in CBIC.

William Corley is director, owner and counsel. Have any shareholders (investors) demanded reports or minutes? This guy is accesable and accountable to the court. Taking money and not follwing rules is not OK with securities entities.

The game is over. Stop hoping. It is a scam. Jack Enterline is a cash junkie who simply hustles money to pay for his non working lifestyle.

CBIC insiders are claiming that Jack Enterline and Bill Corley are travelling to singapore n Sept 19th. Can someone detrmine if this is true or just another date 'down the road'? Enterline has used this pitch to get 'travel' funds.
