fat azz trinks can find the money for a new canopy for some stupid outdoor facilty which hardly anyone in windsor can aford to go to. Yet the fat pig can't find a way to lower your property taxes

Trinks had nothing to do with it; SummerWind is a private, non-profit outfit. And if you can't find $15 for a live concert, they would probably let you in for free.
