finding uniques in a set of users

Hi there for my work i have extracted some data from file maker pro into excel. I extract files on visits and users. From these files i need to find the uniques or number of people served. I have never used spss before but my old co worker the other DAC did. Any help would be appreciated.

Not quite sure what your looking for but analyse and descriptives or frequencies should prob do the trick??
