Tabels showing lines and colums with NO VALUES

I am from Brazil and my English is very poor. Sorry for mistakes!
Using SPSS, how can I generate a crosstabs showing all possible lines and columns, even
when both of them are totally empty.
Suppose two variables with 10 itens each. So, a 10x10 table could be generated with a
crosstabs of A by B. But also suppose that four lines and two columns are totally empty
(no cases to be shown). In this case, SPSS will generate a table with six lines and
eight colums (and will omit the lines and columns totally empty).
But a need a 10x10 table, e.g., with labels for lines and columns presented with no
values in the cells.
I thank really thank you for any help!
