SEC RULE 10b5-1, SourceForge (LNUX) CFOs July 1 SELL, and [delayed?] Q2 Ending June 30 Announcement

There are 1 comment on the story from Jul 15, 2009, titled SEC RULE 10b5-1, SourceForge (LNUX) CFOs July 1 SELL, and [delayed?] Q2 Ending June 30 Announcement. In it, reports that:

Do Kauffman (and Morris) realize that Morris' July 1 SELL order could be interpreted as having been executed during SourceForge's closed trading window * and are delaying the Q2 ending June 30 announcement accordingly?...the tail wagging the dog?...smoking gun? Again, SourceForge, historically would have already made this earnings announcement and scheduled it for/by Thursday 30 July after the closing bell. Is Kauffman trying to buy time? And for what reason?
