SCREWED

MR. QUINN SHOULD BE REALLY PROUD OF HIMSELF. HE AND HIS STAFF WALKED AWAY WITH MILLIONS. THE PEOPLE THAT MADE THIS COMPANY WORK IS THE ONES THAT GOT SCREWED. THE REIREES GOT THE SHAFT. EVERTHING WE WERE PROMISED AS YOUNG WORKERS THAT WE WOULD BE TAKEN CARE AND THAT LOYALTY RAN BOTH WAYS. WE TOOK CARE OF THEM AND THEY TOOK CARE OF US . THAT WAS PURE BULL. THE ONLY THING THEY TOOK CARE OF WAS THEMSELVES. I WORKED FOR 44 YEARS FOR THIS COMPANY IN MANGEMENT. I WOULD ADVISE ALL THE YOUNG PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR SOLUTIA "GET A UNION AS SOON AS YOU CAN". THE RETIRRES THAT WORKED FOR A UNION PLANT CAME OUT A LOT BETTER OFF THAN NON UNION PLANTS. PAY THE UNION DUES AND THEY WILL PROTECT YOUR RIGHTS. SOLUTIA WILL NOT.
