Judged: 2 2 2 Yes he is. Who do you think is going to own those plants in the end? Obamy saw Hugo Chavez has power plants, so BigAct has to have a couple too. I hope those power companys read the fine print on the loan papers. |

it's like a dream, my thoughts drift back to a happier time. the thrilling election results. the victory parties. the endless screams of joy across the land....
he awoke with a jolt. it was a dream, just a dream. more like a nightmare. as he opened his eyes, the scene was still the same. the view from behind the dumpster on 23rd street hadn't gotten any better overnight. it was valentines day. valentines day used to be a heppy day. he would take his wife out for a nice lunch then a stroll through the park. nobody walks through the park these days. nobody lives here hardly anymore. it came with a flash. the jobs gone. the families thrown into the streets. "you can't pay so out you go" children crying, trying to understanc why they can't sleep in their bed tonight. why they have to move into the shelter. why does daddy cry all the time, why does he drink that smelly stuff? obama. hope. change. change. yes, things changed in a flash for mike. from a comfortable middle class neighborhood, he commuted into the city. he had a stable job, insurance, all the regular benefits. wham...... the garbage truck was here early. suddenly the garbagemam was envied. at least he had a job. sure it was crappy, but it paid and that was enough. mike scurried into the alley before he could be seen. he closed his eyes, and could still see her. the smell of her perfume was so slight, as to be mistaken for trees in the nearby park. he loved her with all his heart. it was too much for her to bear. losing the house. losing everything. they buried her next to the big oaks. it would be easier to find her when the kids grow up he thought. for mike, she would never leave. it was all just a mistake. she would be home from the store soon. smiling. bringing in bags of groceries. stargin sunday dinner on a bright spring day, the birds chirping and bees fluttering about. wham.... mike jumped. it was the cops. here to move him along. he scurried along dutifully. they knew his story. everyone did. the kids taken when he couldn't keep a job. moved into different homes. he lost track, the system swallowed them whole. now he wanders the streets, thinking of the hope and change he voted for. i'm going to make a difference he said to his friends, i'm voting for obama. he's going to washington to fight against the system. he's going to work for me. he laughed. work for me? i hope he works cheap mike chuckled. another cold night in detroit. mike took his coat off and lay on the bench. it wouldn't be long till he was with amanda he thought. the smell of her perfume, he could smell it already. i love you amanda he whispered, as he drifted off to sleep. |

Judged: 1 1 1 And don't forget oil fields in Brazil (Soros will benefit big time) The U.S. is going to lend billions of dollars to Brazil's state-owned oil company, Petrobras, to finance exploration of the huge offshore discovery in Brazil's Tupi oil field in the Santos Basin near Rio de Janeiro. Brazil's planning minister confirmed that White House National Security Adviser James Jones met this month with Brazilian officials to talk about the loan. The U.S. Export-Import Bank tells us it has issued a "preliminary commitment" letter to Petrobras in the amount of $2 billion and has discussed with Brazil the possibility of increasing that amount. Ex-Im Bank says it has not decided whether the money will come in the form of a direct loan or loan guarantees. Either way, this corporate foreign aid may strike some readers as odd, given that the U.S. Treasury seems desperate for cash and Petrobras is one of the largest corporations in the Americas. |

First on the list, all nuclear facilities that generate commercial electricity have U.S. government approval the past three decades or they would not exist. Duh, they are heavily regulated and inspected or else they would explode like an ICBM therefore they have U.S. government approval.
No interest in the US can build a nuclear reactor without U.S. government approval else they would be placed in a federal prison. The writer of this news story blatantly makes it sound like for the past thirty years nuclear power plants have been operating like pirate radio stations. Why do they want the general public to think that only these two up and coming power plants have government approval? More propaganda blended with truth? Secondly, why doesn't Southern Company borrow the eight billion from a BANK instead of the US taxpayer? Why has the US Treasury replaced such corporate banking functions? The US tax payer does not get a break on their power bill for subsidizing these power companies, just the opposite, they have to pay forever increasing costs for electricity so that the power company can pay off their debt to the US Treasury PLUS INTEREST so basically you and I loan the power company the money from our tax dollars so that they can expand or upgrade and then pay more for electricity per month so that they can pay the money back to us plus interest. THAT IS NOT A DEAL. IT LEAVES A MASSIVE BLACK HOLE OF RED INK. DO THE MATH. IT IS A BLATANT RIP OFF TO BAIL OUT BANKS AND THEN ALLOW THOSE BANKS TO BE BYPASSED ON COMMERCIAL LOANS WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO BE LOANING MONEY TO COMMERCIAL INTERESTS IN EXCHANGE FOR INTEREST ON COMMERCIAL LOANS SO THAT THEY CAN CONTINUE BEING BANKS. THE US TREASURY WHICH IS IN ESSENCE AT THE MERCY THE FEDERAL RESERVE IS ILLEGALLY COMPETING WITH COMMERCIAL BANKS TO PROVIDE COMMERCIAL LOANS AT TAX PAYER EXPENSE. BY THE US TREASURY PROVIDING COMMERCIAL LOANS WE ARE BREAKING THE SAME BANKING INDUSTRY THAT WE BAILED OUT. THE BANKS NEED A BAILOUT BECAUSE THEY ARE BEING UNDERCUT WITH TAXPAYER DOLLARS AND BAILED OUT WITH TAXPAYER DOLLARS. FORCE THE SOUTHERN COMPANY TO BORROW THE EIGHT BILLION FROM A BANK THAT WE BAILED OUT. DO THE MATH IT IS A MASSIVE RIP OFF. |
