Unfortunately, some patients who underwent hip implants still experience severe pain, due to a defective medical device like the DePuy products. With this, a more serious treatment/medication will have to be done. The reason why about 12 percent of recipients of a DePuy hip replacement require revision surgery is that these devices can deteriorate and fail completely. As a result, manufacturer Johnson&Johnson have been charged with compensatory claims by their patrons, legal specialists say. Visit http://www.depuyhipreplacementlawsuit.com for more information.

Patients who claims to be suffering from immense due to the implants can go see their surgeons to check if the metal devices are really causing the pain. It's better not to draw conclusions right away without even seeing your doctor first. Visit this site http://www.hiprecalllaw.com/ if your implants are really the cause of your discomfort.

Surgeons reported that patients with hip replacement implants are likely to have a revision surgery because most implants are inclined to fail during the first two years of use. Metal hipís safety issues have been under intense scrutiny in the recent month. Studies of metal hip implants indicate that they have higher revision rates compared to other types of hip implant materials. DePuy Orthopaedics, a Johnson & Johnson subsidiary, is faced with a large number of lawsuits because of their defective hip implant.
