Wall Street bonuses slide

The New York State Comptroller's office estimates that 201l cash bonuses on Wall Street will fall 14 percent compared with the previous year.

it shouldbe no bonuses and the only US candidate, who wants to stop with wasting money for bonuses is Ron Paul.
Why should these all robbers get bonuses from pockets of tax payers?
