I for one am surprised at these results..It doesnt matter if it works or not,it was just a way to line more corrupt officials..Thats all anyway..

How long will it take to "adjust" the system till it actually works?????? How long have we had it and it is only 60% accurate??????

Please, just give it some time. I worked there and was never 60% good and they kept me for years. All it needs is another 700 K in upgrades and it will work almost 70% of the time. SUCKERS

Lol. Another great purchase. Right up there with our Codorous Creek improvements, a baseball stadium no one wanted and a state-of-the-art, award winning court house.
Dear rejected.. I mean elected officials,
How about you stop dumping money into magic bean stalks that are supposed to make this city better. Instead, listen the community and hire some more cops! If you really want to build something, build a new police station and add onto the jail. We have plenty of prospective tenants, we just need the resources to get them in there!

the spotter does nothing in the way of improving life in the City or preventing/solving crime. It should be called a "victim locator" instead. And besides, if it is only 60% effective how many victims are being overlooked?
