OMG!!

630,000 supporters compared to NOMs 26,000 boycotters!!!!!

I hope this gets a TON of publicity in Washington state and around the country.

Gee, I wonder what Starbucks will do now?....

But the boycotting evilgelicals are going to need that Starbucks caffeine to help revive their flagging, anti gay boycotts of Pepsi, Ford, ABC/Disney, Ellen, JC Penney...and what others am I forgetting?

lol...yes, like there is no other espresso stands, some selling their drinks under Starbucks prices and tastes just as good if not better, down the block. Love the inclusion of Ellen...really...Ellen? cripes, I needed a good laugh. BTW...I could care less about this issue but Coke, local espresso stand, Kohls, and People's Court is better. I will admit that you forgot Target...another team gay.

It's the entire Fortune 500 now that has no time for homophobes, Jethro. Maybe with the possible exception of Exxon and its crummy domestic partnership stance.

And there was an attempted boycott of Ellen and JC Penney. You know how far that got...about as far as your average homophobe got in school. That's how far.

Poor poor little bigots. It is getting harder and harder for them to go out anymore. Soon they will have to boycott EVERYTHING and make their own clothes and grow their own coffee beans and give up cars and air travel and computers and grocery stores and.....

Did anyone see the article, satire of course, where Apple and Microsoft demanded NOM boycott them because they were jealous of all the support Starbucks was getting?

The classic thing the very next day after NOM announced their boycott of Starbucks, Starbucks' stock shot up.

Imagine that.

On a serious note, this gives me hope the anti-gays might not even get the 120,577 petition signatures they need to put Ref 74 on the ballot.

Mmm, Target. Target is pretty awesome. Got a job there one summer between school. I was totally surprised by the number of openly gay people working there. I had put it down at the time to one of our many managers being so obviously gay that the underlings felt comfortable enough being out as well. First day on the job and I got three people telling me they were gay because they wanted to make sure I was ok with that before working with them. Awesome place. Go team gay!

Ah, yes. I was commenting about the replied post. If you knew me, you would know that I SUPPORT gay marriage. I have lesbian cousins and nieces and a gay nephew. I have no problem with them but I do have problems with people on the other side just spouting hate. It seems that both sides need to learn to live together.

Fair enough! If I offended you, before, then I apologize. Have a great Easter weekend!

(Lesbian cousins and nieces and nephew?!! Your family won the LOTTERY, didn't they! I only have found ONE lesbian cousin, third cousin at that, in my huge family unit.)

My younger brother is the biggest closet case on earth. He is in a loveless "relationship" and has made it clear they are in separate bedrooms, etc, yet they go on and on.

I know THREE brothers who all turned out gay as geese. Now, that is some GOOD genes!

Enjoy your Easter!

With so many gay relatives, seems some families are evolutionary dead ends.

I have but a philosiphical question: Is it possible to Have a principled dissagreement with the aims of gay activism without it being based soley on hatred?

Are you really that stupid?

Gays & lesbians CAN and DO reproduce all the time. I have a lovely daughter who has my eyes. She says "bite me bigot boy".

so, say i was raised in some ultra-remote pocket of some third-world country, having lived my life without a single experience with the media, homophobes OR homosexuals. And then lets say someone handed me the research findings of the cdc and the ama revealing homosexuals' drastic overrepresentation in aids, syphilis, suicide attemps and substance abuse. By gay activists' logic, if i ever applied this damning enlightenment to my belief system, i would instantly be transformed into a homophobe.
