Also have u ever heard a Factor called as " INFLATION " stop that if u can. I hope nobody will require appraisal then.

Just now got the mail from HR team. The salary revisions are with effect from 1st July, 08.
Likely to get the letters on or before 10th Aug, 08. Arrears will be given in Aug salary.

Its really disgusting wen we talk abt appraisal in satyam.......first of all they give ratings on no reasons that can b explained........n then they start appraisal process wid huge number of mails.......but wen its delayed not even a single mail can b seen........its waste 2 create such blog also for satyam

learn to live with what you have.. yeah i know very well the impact of INFLATION.. so what stop boozing buddy.. you can save a lot.. sure.. sure APPRAISAL is our rights but how much company gives you is upto them, will you be happy if they give you 1% hike ontime or much more than that after a delay.. And tell me onething how many times you delivered your projects on or before the estimated date, am sure not even an a single instance, but no one complained since they know the complexity involved.. but you cant wait for few days to get your appraisal letter which is much more complex than your projects.. have hearts..

one thing is very clear guys..
we have couple of idiots who are trying to justify this approach of satyam and i can gurantee taht they are sure they will get their pound of flesh nad others are HR and ppl form corporate group...

i do love my company and also my job.but,what am trying to tell is dont make this issue an debate that too in a public forum since that is not fare..think "Money is not a matter"
think about the company which pays you and gives you a identification in the society..People please don raise this issue.may be am an ELTP and this is the place where i have learned every thing and this is the company which have taught us every thing..so,please keep every thing in your heart and do post it!!!!"

There has been a slight delay this year for reasons beyond our control.
 
I would like to take this opportunity to clarify some doubts relating to revisions which have been raised  
 
·         The salary revisions are with effect 1st July, 08.
·         We expect to release the letters to the associates on or before 10th Aug, 08
·         Based on the completion of revisions and issuing the letters, the plan is to reflect the revised salary with arrears in the August salary. Should there be any unforeseen delay, we will advise you accordingly

seems like this forum has made them take notice of the issue and at least send out a communication as posted by other friends..
thats good at the end of the day what we are requesting is a formal intimation from the top level mgmt.

But sadly we are 45K and the posting are 1%...
Guys are you ppl sleeping or just bcoz its blocked inside org y are not posting...guys we need to shake the foundations so that next time they dont things for granted..and think they are Romans...
lets not give up till we recieve the letters... and not the mails from them..

thats the very idea behind that dude.
1:give the hike based on what others give not based on ur performance.
2:Give it last so that all the recruitments going will be over.
3: With this dirty tricks they will be able to retain their employees..

Please search on google...." Satyam lose case $ 1 Billion. Then correct reason why apprisal still not given you will come to know.
