DO NOT buy a sandisk product they are a piece of crap company, i have had problems with my player since the day i got it, it freezes, lags, and it lost all my songs some how and i had to upload everyone again, now currently my player doesnt turn on so ive been waiting for a new battery if that is even the problem cuz they wont send me a new player, it has been 4 months and still i havent recieved it, ive called 3 times they say 2 weeks every time, everyone that i know that has one has problems and has had several replacement ones. I highly recommend not purchasing one.

I hate the product of the company. I only played a few times and the screen frozen after initialing. The Technical support said I didn't operate properly. They are ready to give me a excuse to reject me. How did you get the replacment?
