sync error

United States

#1 Aug 5, 2007
I have recently purchased a Sansa e260. I purchased and downloaded music from Wal and synchronized it to my device. I later tried a free trial of Urge, which allows you to synchronize files to your device for 14 days. Both the Wal Mart and Urge music played on the Sansa. Today, when I tried to play the Wal Mart music I had purchased, and the Urge music which was still in the time provided for the free trial I got a message saying "synchronize to continue your music subscription" and was brought back to the music menu each time I attempted to play those songs. I even started getting this message with some tracks I had downloaded from CD's. Additionally, new music I had purchased through Wal Mart was not synchronizing onto Sansa through Windows Media Player and they indiciated that the problem was with the device.
Thank you for your time.
