My Sandisk is playing only one song over and over even though I select a different one to play. It's always the same one. Help.

you cannot create playlist while playing your device, however, you can make favorites. Go to settings and turn on Advanced feature. Then when you play a song, press and hold the middle white button, it will add that song to your favorite. If you want to create playlist, then you have to use your PC to create it by create one playlist in Window media player and sync automatically under MTP mode to get the playlist sync to your device.

create a playlist using wmp10 or 11, then auto sync to player. Player has to be in MTP mode.

How to create playlist using Windows Media Player 10:

1. Make sure device is in MTP mode.

2. Create a playlist by right clicking a song in the library, then click on add to>additional playlists>new

3. Type the name of the new playlist, then click ok

4. Right click on the rest of the songs, then click on add to, then click on the name of your playlist

5. Continue until your playlist is complete

6. Select the Sync tab and click "Sync settings"

7. Check "Synchronize device automatically"

8. Set "View" to "All Playlists"

9. Place a check next to the playlists they want to transfer to device, uncheck everything else

10. Windows Media Player will start to sync once you click ok.
