CEOs are just like the rest of us: They hate paying for things out of pocket if they can find someone else to foot the bill. Fortunately for them, in many cases there is someone willing to pick up the bill for selected personal expenses: the shareholders.

Is this suppose to surprise someone? Just give to me what these greedy morons get for retirement. I'll be very happy to pay the taxes.

Heck, you and I and every other consumer in America are paying their way everytime we make a purchase from the company making them filthy rich. If companies weren't paying the exorbitant and outlandish costs for CEO's, it would certainly help bring the cost of products down.

When will the IRS look into theses wrong doings.I bet they paid their parking tickets too. CEO's pay should be tied to the highest paid employees' pay. The stock holders have to start suing these bopard members who give out all of these outrageous salaries. I bet you would see lower salaries.

Whoever it was that said "There's no free lunch." didn't know what the f$%k he/she was talking about.

There's no free lunch for the middle-class, who could certainly use a free lunch every now and then. However, the wealthy, famous and well-connected regularly pile up their plates at the buffet and merrily stroll past the cashier without paying one red cent.

Hell, even the poor get their share of freebies!
