Federal Agriculture laws will protect the farm and let them counter sue for expenses incurred from the lawsuit, Don’t move next to a farm if your not ready to put up with the smell, dust and noise.

It's amazing reading stories like this in the media. Here in Wisconsin we have the same issues. City people who want to live in the country can take advantage of the situation by learning where their food comes from as opposed to hoping that the food imported from developing countries meet the same stringent standards as we need to meet here. They can finally watch first hand how hard working the "real" county people work and that it isn't a 9-5 M-F job in an air conditioned cubicle in No-Name-Big-City-USA. The dairy economy is changing as are all industries. Summing up: MOVE TO THE CITIES IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT.

Sorry to say these little farms do pollute not just the atmosphere but our rivers and lands, even with the farms there is nothing!! Questions of ecoli, spoiled milk/ meat etc. it's a no win situation atleast for mother earth. Song long as there's a whole lot of dollars involved federal agriculture won't protect mother nature!!
